There was also a death in OWS's Salt Lake City camp due to a combination of Carbon Monoxide poisoning and drugs

Each of these deaths is important for different reasons.

The veteran who committed suicide is someone who might possibly have been engaged and persuaded to fight on, if Obama's measure providing a subsidy for employers who hire veterans had been been carried through sooner. We should use similar subsidies to ensure a right to employment for all American citizens and lawful residents, but discrimination against people who have put their lives on the line and endured such hardships for this country is especially invidious.

The shooting in Oakland, a city known for its gangs and drive-through drug markets, exemplifies many things wrong with this country, including the Occupy movement. An idiotic war on drugs reduces parts of America to this kind of ghetto status, but that is no excuse for any progressive-minded person to buy drugs from the criminals who evade or buy off the police. Even the violence so close to home in California is only the tip of the iceberg compared to the slaughter in Mexico. People should learn to be both pro-legalization and anti-drug and to do, or not do, whatever it takes to stop these vicious gangs and the prison culture before their amoral attitude finishes infecting our entire country.

Old news. And ultimately unrelated to the OWS movement (these are people who would died no matter were they had been).

Have some pride, if you're going troll, at least show us something clever or original.
