Yep, in the news today Obama has seemingly had a sudden epiphany and is loosely recommending that employers "insource" and there will be more corporate loopholes to assure they get even larger tax credits for doing the right things, but, not punish those doing the wrong things.

Wow, that writing was on the wall in the early 70's as union workers DID NOTHING as companies, of which were no longer privately owned, outsourced to Japan, tainting American made durable goods, costing American's jobs and busting their unions.
