I understand the tea potty reps who want to impress their constituents about how strong they are, but how can ANY sane woman vote for them?
There must be some diagnosable syndrome they suffer. I mean they truly believe vawa is not good. In the end it is simply that they hate native Americans/gay people more than they love their gender.
They believe THEY don't need protection, and mostly it is minorities or cheap white trash women who benefit (not true of course).
They then put the vawa in the entitlement/taker category and tell themselves they will keep more of their money if it is defeated, and "no one needs special protection, we already have laws against abuse"
