I agree with the suggested goals but would also like to participate in a program to bring awareness and incentives to responsible citizens. Population is a problem in this country. The government needs to take action to educate and promote decreasing population. I am a teacher of special children in the public school system and feel very strongly that many children that are brought in to the world will never get a fair chance because of lack of good care and a good education.
