55 year old costing engineer. I have seen this coming for over 15 years. I have not had a wage increase in 15 years but have had increases in my co-pay for my insurance resulting in a decrease in take home pay. Lost money in my 401K with no other options to save for my retirement. Lost money in my property value. But, I have a job, so I am one of the lucky ones!!!!! We must advocate laws the remove the influence of money in our government, and require fact checking for "news" programs. Lying would not be protected as freedom of speech. Empower all workers, Revoke "right to work" laws. Invoke amnesty for "illegal" aliens. Instituted one payer medical care for all. these this will improve our economy and the quality of life for everyone.
