This problem depends on the rich countries to help both the poor countries and the middle and poor classes, even of the rich countries.

For a global economy to work, there has to be a cashflow balance between the rich and the poor. To eliminate those outrageous salaries, not only in Wall Street and the corporate world but also of artists and professionak sport players, is the key factor.

The rich people should be less rich and the poor people should be less poor.

The rest is a short-sighted attitude and SALVAGE CAPITALISM!!
