I had 2 small businesses, then 2008 it all crashed, I had 10 people, whom I did not want to let go, did not have the heart to say you don't have a paycheck anymore. so I went into debt, got behind on withholding contributions, and now, I have 1 busines, 1 employee, and 6 figures in debt and back taxes.
