We are about to lose our home of 7+ years becase of a Fannie Mae backed PREDATORY loan.We can't get any help from any attorney ona pro bono basis.We are working with a HUD approved crediy counselo,however, a judgement for foreclosure has already been entered, although the mortgage company says our modification is in review and that they want to keep us in our home. Now we really don't know wiether we should be boxing up our belongings or unpacking what we started boxing up. I had what's called a "Forensic Audit" done on our loan and even though it revealed numerous violations we can not get anyone to look into it. We submitted it as evidence to the court system,however, We really don't think anyone seriously looked at it. Oh well we're not really surprised.
