America must be a force for justice, equity, fairness, and solidarity for all.

We have a long way to go from our present slough of despond. Multinational corporations and the selfish rich manipulate politicians and their media outlets propagandize millions. Of course, the financial "industry " is an egregious example, tycoons brought down the world economy. Instead of taking responsibility, our government bailed them out with our tax dollars. Now the too-big-to-fail banks are bigger and the criminals are not in jail—they are paying themselves even bigger salaries and bonuses. And they are sneering at the suckers who believe in the American Dream, as I do.

So we'd better get started to get the truth out and making things better.
