first thing she said...first time we met...was 'how much do you want for
that courreges frame'...a black ' 68 MOD beauty i was wearing
'i said she could have it for 185$ cash'....deal was done
we then sat down and chatted...at booth...and discussed paris shop/design
archive......which patty had picked for many years....which patty soon found
out my japanese girlfriend ran
because patty/OP had spent 100k or so there in recent years....it created a
conflict of sorts...especially since i was living with girl who ran the
joint (not owned)
in any case
because i prompted my girlfriend to scour the stock....30 years pent up
stock...all from Oyonnax..and waited some 2 years for a new fresh unpicked
over archive to surface...i made sure....i not OP people had first pick
because i was successful in getting 300-400 pieces....which patty p and bill
barton were not privy to
i fely relieved of sorts
who cares OP had millions...my girlfriend controlled the shops stock...and
had the 10 or so employees to make sure i was given first crack at the
'virgin archive' (many pieces i have put aside in london as i write)

the industry. Any future comments of this nature will be considered
slanderous and defamatory, and we will advise Ms. Perreira to take the legal
action necessary to protect her reputation.
From the emails that have been forwarded to our office, it appears that you
have multiple issues with the various entities involved. However, we do not
have a clear understanding of the issues you have raised. Would you please
be so kind as to forward me a single email that summarizes any issues you
have with Oakley, Oliver Peoples, or Ms. Perreira, as well as what you are
looking for. We just cannot seem to coherently figure this all out.
In particular, it appears that you take issue with Oakley's country of
origin markings, though it is unclear why, as all their products bear the
appropriate markings. We know that you refer to seeing an order for
"Oakley" at some Chinese factory. Those products were likely counterfeit,
and we would appreciate you identifying the factory for us, so that we can
order an appropriate raid of the facility.
It also appears that you claim some sort of trademark issue with regard to
Oliver People's use of the term "Barrister" to identify one of its models.
Do you have any trademark rights in this term? If you believe that you do,
please identify for us the following: (1) when did you first begin using the
mark; (2) have you continuously used the mark; (3) where have you sold
products bearing this mark; and (4) have you registered the mark anywhere?
Finally, it appears that you have a personal issue with Ms. Perreira, which
we don't understand. Would you please clarify this for us?
If there are any other gripes that you have, please provide us whatever
details we need to know. After you have provided us the information
