I am a proud mother of 6 awesome grown adult children who all wok hard (working while going to school to pay for tuition and expenses) and are either in school or have completed their education. They are tax paying, law abiding citizens who deserve to have good lives. They are over burdened by inflation, rising cost of living and taxes and fuel costs. When will this change. They deserve to be able to buy homes and live in safe, nice neighborhoods. The good jobs available to them are few and far between. It is my hope that this country and the world will become a place in which they can thrive and flourish and enjoy the fruits of their labors and hard work. Please, let us all get on the same page so that we all can enjoy our American dreams. I am disabled divorced female (he left me for greener pastures after I worked myself silly and injured into my disability performing hard labor work as a nurse while putting him through school and having his (our) children and supporting His dreams) with no hope for recovery and I am very poor, disability does not pay enough for me to pay for rent and utilities and nutritious food and clothes to keep warm in; If not for my children, I would be homeless and helpless completely. The government refuses to make jobs for me and people like me. When will this change? This nation has enough resources to do something about the poor disabled citizens in our country. I want to work but when will our president and nations leaders and state's governors makes changes for this to happen. Soon, I hope....and I pray for change. Poverty in this country should not be.
