The economy can’t recover until we restore our manufacturing base. And that won’t happen as long as Wall Street pulls the strings. If you’re unemployed, underemployed, a recent college graduate; or a student, pay attention, your future is at stake. Right now, your protest encompasses too many grievances, it must be laser focused on just jobs, the rest will follow in due course. There is a solution, and it’s contained in this communiqué. Read on! TREASON!! The Wall Street criminals who created the mortgage nightmare (instead of going to prison) were re-capitalized, allowing them to reward themselves with billions in bonuses; incredibly, they are still running this government.
Rick Perry, recently suggested Fed Chairman was guilty of treason. I’m no fan of Perry or any politician or party, but Perry had it right. Every Wall Street lackey serving in congress and all administrations since the mid-eighties, are equally as guilty of treason.
The New World Order, Free Trade and Fair Trade, Globalization are products of the greedy moneychangers of Wall Street and the moneychangers own both parties.
Under the direction of the moneychangers these political hacks have turned the USA into a welfare state, subservient to China. And there is no end in sight, unless you and I, and like-minded Americans exercise the power of information technology to enlist an army of registered voters to inundate the White House and your senators and representatives with letters, emails and faxes telling them, in no uncertain terms to stop the insanity of globalization and institute the Grimes Economic Recovery Plan immediately.
WITH YOUR ASSISTANCE, WE CAN REBUILD THE AMERICAN ECONOMY.
The following few paragraphs demonstrate emphatically just how treasonous Washington really is: if this doesn’t cause you to take action, nothing will.
President Obama appointed GE Chairman Jeff Immelt to head his commission on job creation (job czar), get this: General Electric is planning to move its 115-year-old X-ray division from Waukesha, Wis., to Beijing. In addition to moving the headquarters, the company will invest $2 billion in China to relocate a handful of managers, but hire about 200 engineers and create six research centers. This is the same GE that made $5.1 billion in the United States last year, but paid no taxes.
The same company that last year, invested a total of $2 billion in China, $500 million of which was allocated to what it calls customer innovation centers and now employs more people overseas than it does in the United States.

There was and is only one solution a real stimulus package. THE GRIMES ECONOMIC RECOVERY PLAN Under the Grimes plan, the stimulus will go to unemployed American citizens, (not illegal immigrants) allowing them stay in their homes, avoiding foreclosure and repossession and payoff and pay down the debt that is currently uncollectable. Almost every dollar of the stimulus package is in someway taxable, i.e., state sales tax and gas tax. Income desperately needed by all states, counties and municipalities to avoid massive layoffs. The Americans currently in distress will now have disposable income to purchase enough products and services to keep the cash register economy and markets afloat until the Grimes Plan is fully implemented. The database is already in place: provided by the pre-existing stimulus package The Grimes Plan will provide 18 monthly payments ranging from $1000 to $1500. It may need to be extended even further, but with incremental reductions. It eliminates unemployment compensation and food stamps and applies to those who have exhausted unemployment benefits. Federal, state, county and local government employees including all taxpayer funded institutions, public universities, public schools, police, fire, et cetera. These employees (if they haven’t already) will be required to take a temporary 10% reduction in wages and contribute a minimum of 10% to health care premiums with a freeze on wages until further notice. The reduction includes congress and the executive office, the only exception: active duty military. The net effect will dramatically reduce government cash outlay. Some may complain, for those who do, I suggest they try the private sector. That may seem harsh, but it will save thousands of public sector jobs. Suspend all so-called free trade agreements immediately. Western Europe and most developed economies (with few exceptions) like the USA have exported their manufacturering base for exactly the same reason. Cheap labor. And they're paying for it, the same way the American middle class is. In truth, formally suspending trade agreements is irrelevant; trade will cease as global manufacturering grinds to a halt. This plan will allow for an orderly transition over a period of three years and will fund the entire stimulus plan: (a graduated tax, beginning at 1% for the first 6 months, 2% between, 6 & 9 months, 3 % between 9 & 12 months, 5% between 12 & 18 months, 10 % between 18 & 24 months and 15 % from 24 months & over) on all manufactured imports and outsourced services, i.e.; tech support. This fund will provide billions to the federal treasury, allowing for a massive infrastructure construction project. The surcharge will force offshore American corporations like General Electric to relocate all manufacturing and assembly back to this country on all products sold in the USA and pay American wages or pay the surcharge. If after 36 months they haven’t completely relocated to the USA, their products will be banned. If they try to circumvent the rules, their products will be banned. General Motors, Ford and Chrysler can still build cars and parts in foreign countries. Now they'll just have to sell them there or pay a graduated surcharge. This applies to all industries, not just automotive. Foreign companies are more than welcome to sell in the USA, as long as they manufacture their products in the USA and pay livable wages. This country is in desperate need of real political leadership; not beholding to the Wall Street moneychangers. I certainly hope you’ll join with me and make America a great country once more.
