Late-blooming artist and music lover. I believe we've never had an actual capitalist economy - true capitalism is based on supplying a good product at a reasonable price to a public who wants it. What we have is an economy of favoritism, inside dealing and unmasked greed. Just try to watch the news...it's mostly 'analysis', opinion, conjecture and far outweighed by endless, mindless commercials.
