We have been in Used appliance business for many years, Now all of a sudden the big Home Improvements stores such as Lowe's , Home Depot, etc, have Mandated the haul back appliances be scrapped or sent to South America, instead of being able to be put back on the open market for resale to the American who can't afford the new Energy Eff. ones, most of my customers are on a fixed income of around 800 a month, some less, Talk about Corporate Greed !!!! The Mom and Pop used appliance stores are going out of business all over the USA, I seen our President, with the CEO of GE talking about jobs on National T V and GE is the one who Mandates Home depot to scrap all it's haul back appliances form the customers home
