This happened before in 1929, the solution is already known. Unbridled capitalism allowed to do what ever they like, turns them into pigs in a feeding frenzy sucking all the money out of the economy via DERIVATIVES aka sub-prime loans, cheaters loans, etc. The rules of the road need to be put back in place dis-allowing speculative bubbles and gambling because destroying the economy does nobody any good.
William Black has some of the solutions, not all of them...putting the criminals who created fraud needs to be done 3yrs ago or more.
