Lets move to a discussion about how WE can change our situation; increase employment in America.

Many baby boomers that are at or beyond retirement age are staying in jobs that they were scheduled to have vacated when they retired. This has held up the normal cycle of promotions to those in the middle. Whats worse is that means that those people that have been filling those jobs at the bottom of the ladder have not been promoted up the ladder. All of this has caused a situation of no openings for recent graduates.

So if you are like me, unemployed, thank your parents and grand parents.

Baby boomers that CAN retire need to retire.

Unions that have been giving big perks to retirement eligible employees has caused a lot of this problem.
