DoctorStone

Hello, my name is Doctor Damian Stone and I began my academic preparation and professional experience in the field of dentistry more than thirty years ago. I proudly served The United States as a commissioned officer and, it was during the service to The United States during The Post Vietnam Era in which Doctor Stone completed his undergraduate, his graduate as well as his post graduate academic requirements, internship, and residency, and he served as a dentist in The United States Army Dental Corps.

I am very interested in supporting The Occupy Movement, and I have registered as a candidate for The United States Presidency, for 2012, and I would very much welcome the acknowledgement and support of The Occupy Movement.

In 1982 Doctor Stone earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Laboratory Sciences from The University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School in San Antonio Texas. Doctor Stone continued on at The University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School, and in 1984 he earned a Master of Science degree in Prosthodontics.

In order to reciprocate for the academic education, Doctor Stone proudly served The United States in The United States Army Dental Corps, and as a 63A; General Dentist, a 63B; Comprehensive Dentist, and as a 63F; a Prosthodontist, and by the authority vested in him by the Government of The United States, as well as national and international law, he performed one year of internship at Brooke Army Medical Center; Fort Sam Houston, in San Antonio, and two years of residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, in El Paso. In this capacity, he gained tremendous experience, in multiple specialties of Dentistry and Prosthodontics, treating patients who were active duty military personnel, retired military personnel, as well as their families.

Doctor Stone was then assigned to the United States Army Europe, and under the auspices of NATO served throughout Frankfurt and Heidelburg working diligently with the military as well as civilian population. During Doctor Stone's tenure with The United States Army, Doctor Stone was ranked, O-1; Second Lieutenant, 0-2; First Lieutenant, and O-3; Captain. As a Captain, Doctor Stone was deployed on various missions within The United States as well as overseas. As an agent of The United States Army, Europe, Captain Stone was instrumental in the direct rehabilitative dental care for patients who were private civilian citizens of what was considered at the time to be West Germany. Due to meritorious service, and suffering physical injury during the line of duty, during a non combat situation, Captain Stone was assigned to covert operations now declassified which included the decyphering of cryptic messages, and the apprehension, prosecution, and incarceration of organized anti American subversives bent upon undermining The United States via the theft of dental gold designated for dental restorative prosthodontics. Doctor Stone retired from his military service with full honors and recognition of lifelong rank, distinction, and pension. After the unification of Germany, Captain Stone volunteered for, and was chosen to participate in a tour of the countries segregated behind The Iron Curtain during what is now referred to as The Cold War.

Doctor Stone was assigned to The State of New York, his home state, and attended The State University of New York at Stony Brook, and The State University of New York at Old Westbury where in 1992 he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. 1995 was a momentous year for Doctor Stone, as he simultaneously taught an undergraduate college class on Jean Piaget, the Genetic Epistemologist, attended graduate school, and performed an additional internship at Stony Brook University Hospital. It was at this time that Doctor Stone also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and in November of that year, he met his lovely wife Sara. In 1997 he earned a Master of Science degree in Dental Medicine, and in 1999, he earned a PhD degree in Prosthodontics. For his doctoral dissertation, he focused upon the topic of 'Prosthodontics and Proper Occlusion'. Occlusion is the alignment of the teeth of the upper and lower jaws when brought together.

In 2001, Doctor Stone earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery, degree (DDS), from New York University Dental School, in New York City, New York, his home town.

He endeavors to provide his patients with quality dental care in a variety of comfortable and convenient locations. Doctor Stone's patients are his priority!

Although a rather controversial subject within the field of dentistry, Doctor Stone is very much an advocate of the complete removal of all amalgam from any dentition filled with such as a restorative material. Amalgam contains mercury; and mercury is an element which has been linked and correlated to various autoimmune disorders such as Mutliple Sclerosis and Lupus. Doctor Stone most certainly assesses each patient on an individual basis, and although certain states threaten to revoke dental licensure for any dentist speaking out against the detriments of mercury, however, with this understanding being established, Doctor Stone is an advocate of the complete removal of all amalgam as restorative material. "Norway, Sweden, and Denmark have already banned amalgam," states Doctor Stone, "and I happen to agree with their decision." Click cursor here for reference.

Doctor Stone and his staff are dedicated and committed to providing the highest quality level of dental care. "The Official Emblem of Dentistry, and The Official Pledge of Dentistry are of fundamental importance to me;" states Doctor Stone, "and within my practice as well as my character, I endeavor to uphold the steadfast symbolism represented within them."
