Person stolen from by FATCA and FBAR when I owed no tax but, was penalzed for not filing a document I didn't even know about. The government is doing this to Americans abroad and to foreigners forcing banks to turn over private info even when NO MONEY is owed to them. If you don't tell them about your account even if you are not American they fine you ten thousand dollars or up to fifty thousand and can seize everything you have. STOP FBAR AND FATCA NOW, it's ruining the lives of working familes! The government is lying about it. These people are not "tax cheats" and do not owe any taxes.
