In 1008 I made the US National Voter Registration form to be accessible to the blind who could fill it out all by themselves and it was presented to the Elections Assistance Committe by the then Vice President of the American Association of People with Disabilities. They have yet to make the form accessible thus denying 30 million Americans the ability to register to vote without assistance. This includes the visually impaired.
