Man if this guy doesnt get voluntary manslaughter i dont know what. Not to mention you can hear him say fucking coons on the 911 tape.

[-] 1 points by toukarin (488) 13 years ago

Exactly right. I would love to see them try to weasel out of that video evidence. Assuming it IS him.

He's trying. Now he claims the police cleaned him up at the scene.

That would be a first for any PD.

So... instead of reading him his rights and shoving him in the back of a squad car... I am guessing the conversation went something like this...

Cop: "Can I take your coat sir?"

Zimmerman: "Sure! Could you also dust it off for me?"

Cop: "Absolutely! Would you like a glass of wine or cigar while we do that?"

Zimmerman: "Actually I need you to clean me up. Wipe off all the blood and somehow reduce the swelling from these life threatening injuries I have"

Cop: "Please sit back and relax sir. We have everything taken care of."

His daddy is a retired judge, you know.......:)

It might actually have gone like that.

Bah. Well I am not so sure about him getting convicted, but for damned sure he needs to be tried, by people who are not his dads friends.

Mary Cutcher was in her kitchen making coffee that night with her roommate, Selma Mora Lamilla. The window was open, she said. "We heard a whining. Not like a crying, boohoo, but like a whining, someone in distress, and then the gunshot," she said. They looked out the window but saw nothing. It was dark. They ran out the sliding glass door, and within seconds, they saw Zimmerman. "Zimmerman was standing over the body with -- basically straddling the body with his hands on Trayvon's back," Cutcher said. "And it didn't seem to me that he was trying to help him in any way. I didn't hear any struggle prior to the gunshot. "And I feel like it was Trayvon Martin that was crying out, because the minute that the gunshot went off, the whining stopped." The two women said they could not see whether Zimmerman was bruised or hurt. It was too dark. "Selma asked him three times, 'what's going on over there?' " Cutcher said. "He looks back and doesn't say anything. She asks him again, 'everything OK? What's going on?' Same thing: looked at us, looked back. Finally, the third time, he said, 'just call the police.' The witness recalled hearing more than one shot. "It definitely was more than one pop noise, so I don't know if it was an echo or anything else. But it definitely made more than one pop." The witness said the shots were audible as one man was on top of the other. But the witness recalled not having been able to see clearly which man was on top because it was dark. Within a couple of seconds after the shots, one of the men "was walking toward where I was watching, and I could see him a little bit clearer. Could see that it was a Hispanic man. He didn't appear hurt or anything else." But the man, who by now had left the grass and was walking on the sidewalk, did seem worried, "with his hand up to his forehead," the witness said. "Now, a couple of seconds later, in the dark, you see that person that's alive walk away; you know, obviously, OK, he must've got up and he walked away, where the other person is still laying there, face down." The person who was walking away did not appear hurt, said the witness, who has told police of the incident. "You're thinking, wow, I'm looking at the person that just shot someone," the witness said.

A witness has already come forward and is saying that Trayvon Martin was on top of Zimmerman, in which does not surprise me. If this had bee a white person that was shot then it would be old news by now but since it was a coon then the blacks need a reason to start their looting

If you're walking down the road eating your skittles and I chase you down and attempt to attack you, are you going to just lay down and take it? Treyvon was the one with a right to defend himself, not the pursuant (Zimmerman). If Trey had shot Zimmerman with his own gun, well Trey would have been covered under the Stand Your Ground law. Unfortunately, Trey was overcome by a criminal attacker with a gun. And you know the law about guns and felonies in Florida, I'm quite sure. It will be a bright sunny day when gays and blacks can KILL their attackers and put a stop to hate crimes.

Racism is racism. Doesn't matter who is doing it.

Nope Skittles is Skittles. Get it right.

Zimmerman is the son of a Jewish judge. In any case if even a black man believes he can kill another black person with impunity and is proven right that shows a racist bias in the system.
