Meanwhile 100's of thousands of homes and buildings lay rotting unoccupied while people are forced deeper into penury struggling to afford a roof over their heads.
Or is it really just that they would rather stay in the cold in tents? Yay camping! Very hard to demonstrate better ways to live without a place to do it.
