www.biftp.com has been put up for people to post ideas on how to fix what's broken. The site is for a high level overview for specific solutions which would address the issue in question. The site allows others to vote on the best ideas so they can be moved forward for presentation to Washington. BIFTP stands for Best ideas from the people, since our elected politicians haven't been able to come up with any good ideas they can all agree on. Let the people make the recommendations now.
