what the heck. And some people think the law isn't the problem.
1) If you live in one of the 23 states with these laws, support state lrgislators who pledge not to take any NRA or ALEC money
2) learn about ALEC
If you think you know America’s biggest threat,
..Koch ?
….Norquist ?
……Iran ?
………Boehner ?
………...McConnell ?
……………Murdoch ?
you are wrong –
……spend ten minutes with each of these

.............................................BE AFRAID – VERY AFRAID
And FYI – They are doing everything they can do to create
a new constitutional convention [Article V Convention]
that can propose virtually anything:
All schools – privatized
All medicare/Medicaid/SocialSecurity – privatized
No cap gains tax
No inheritance tax
Tell me – what else do you think an Article V could do?
3) Spread what you know
4) start a local occupy working group to fight back - PLEASE do it for Trayvon
BenZendogdad if you spent more time on substantive content (not Leftist propaganda) rather than presentation you might be worth reading.
So exactly what troll are you an incarnation of - that you would be familiar with ZenDog?
Good question DKA.
I hope you don't expect an honest answer.
OH HELL NO!
From a Troll?
I don't even expect an interesting lie!
{:-])
At least you respect them enough to capitalize the T.....LOL
I'm still waiting on answers to the simplest of questions to them.
Waiting for an answer?
They don't do that do they?
I mean it is generally they are looking for the umpteeth thousandth reiteration of a point that was made at the beginning of time.
I know. It's like the ones who won't accept that the economy crashed on Bush's watch.
We have one of those "right": here.
Well that Ford 350 character is dumber than a box of rocks. Imagine it is trying to deny the fact of toxic WallStreet product causing the meltdown.
What a moron.
He's denied every fact posed to him so far.
At least he maintains conceptual continuity. Too bad it's on false concepts.
Determinedly Dumb. Passionately Pathetic. Criminally Crass. Poster child for Brain-Dead.
Those are it's good qualities.
Oh yes obstinately wrong and dedicated to proving it.
I think it's a cry for help..........:)
If he's got a 460 in his F350, his mileage is shit.
OH but the block-Head is probably just fabulously wealthy and is no doubt only here to show us the error of our ways.
PHhhtttsptpepepe..........
Shit I almost choked on that one...deep breath...color returning...whew!
Careful. I have no idea how to perform a digital Heimlich.
I guess I'll let this one drop until he comes back and sends to the top again.
LOL..digital
Yeah it is probably flailing itself right now anyway trying to think up more shit or how to re regurgitate the old shit.
He probably isn't responding because he is at work paying the bills. For himself, and us.
No doubt he /it (?) is fabulously wealthy and we are all just holding him/it (?) back. Just think of the magic it could do with the trillions of dollars of toxic product that is still on the market looking for a place to crash and burn.
My buddy up in Mora wants to go for crappies. I'm in!
Make a stop over in Wiscony 1st to get some M80's for the catch and release program.
The only good carp is chum carp.
Right on DKA. Just saying.
Goin fishin? Watch out for those carp! They may be starting to just jump in the boat - but still!
just sayin ( sorry couldn't help it ) LOL
Hey we learned in my law class just make sure you shoot them when they are coming at you and not when they are running away. That's the big difference in these laws is a soon as they turn to flee they are no longer consider a threat. also in Indiana has to be on your property and be a obvious threat to your life.
So what is the answer? What do we do?
no idea, i just wondered if you people had heard of this.

While the overall homicide rate in the U.S. is declining, "homicides in self-defense nearly doubled from 2000 to 2010, driven by states with 'stand your ground' laws."
Sounds to me like it's working - how many of those "homocides in self-defense" were really nice people?
wait what? not sure i understand your point.
Meaning that more people are protecting themselves against perps.
maybe, but this case was not self defense, and I believe and hope you do as well that lethal force in self defense is if you are in danger of death or bodily harm, not if some people are breaking into an empty house.
Well this is just one incident there are many out there that gives a person a "right" to defend themselves against "death or bodily harm". Nothing wrong with that.
