People always talk about how politicians are "out of touch". Cut the lobby, get this instated, then we'll see how "out of touch" they are! Boehner and Lindsay Graham's fake tans will fade in weeks! Plus, I heard that a lot of people consider electricity to be a "luxury". What BS. Electricity is a part of a standard of living in the developed world and it should be treated as such! "Power to the people" if you will... ...Corny, but I had to.
