When I was bout 14, in winter, hangin at a friends place..we were country boys...and Ravens were flying around pickin garbage from the can....
My buddy got out the 410 and he took a crack at one and winged it...
It en down in some woods, and we followed it...3 of us
It was dragging itself through the snow...and we got up on it an stopped looking at us.....it looked back and forth at each us us...and started talking....in some language... one of the guys said it's talking...and we all agreed... and it us all at same time what a dumb thing we had done...
The guy with the gun said what do we do...
I said, iots wounded, we either care for it or we kill it...
We shot it...
Back in the house we all agreed it had talked..we couldn't understand the words but we all got what it said to us..
A few months ago, I saw a study, that Crows, can remember a human face for decades...and if they do not like you, they will call other Crows around and all hurl insults...
