If we don't have any leaders, then who deposited $300,000.00 into a the bank for OWS? And who is going to decide what to do with the money? Is anyone going to be held accountable for spending it for the cause and not sticking it in their own pocket? Please inform the rest of us.
Are we using a fucking bank account to hold donations?! Are you SERIOUS!? Find a god dammed credit union!
Another question is, how much of a salary is the person/people in charge of the money going to take from the donations?
Does anyone care? Lack of transparency will kill this group!
We don't want to be accused of having "hidden fees" like the banks.

Has anyone seen independtly audited financials? What numbers should we believe? Given that our group is against large corporations and wants to give to others, I would expect that tens of millions of dollars would have been donated by now.

I find it hard to believe that only $300k has been collected. That is only 15,000 donors at an average of $20 per donation. Given that many donors and the protestors, we represent .04% of the people. If we increase by 25 times, we will represent 1%.
Perhaps some others are correct - WE ARE THE 1%.
All the expenses should be put online. We want real transparency not like current government. All incoming donations and expense should be posted online in simple spreadsheet. Otherwise we will be mini wall street.

With instant communications, a daily tabulation of income (who and how much) and expenses would be quite easy. And a third-party indepedent financial audit is the only way to go.
I am in control of the ows funds. I am one of the people who volunteered to have the money. I'm going to invest it, if I lose it, you guys will bail me out right?
