Interesting presentation about the study of ownership networks. Pls. see http://www.ted.com/talks/james_b_glattfelder_who_controls_the_world.html?utm_source=newsletter_weekly_2013-02-17&utm_campaign=newsletter_weekly&utm_medium=email
That's an awesome video. When it comes to economy related topics, I appreciate Milton friedman ideas.
He defines Systemic Risk and reminds how careless the financial Industry is and how unregulated, unstructured, and probably manipulated it is. The bio for James Glattfelder says his work went Viral ... and I think I remember something about this. I'm glad he found access to the financial information to do the work ... but I sort of felt he ended abruptly. Maybe concluding with specific solutions and specific actions to simplify the systems ... would have put him into politics, and global finance.
