They are in the Private sector and they are in the Public sector. All such criminals should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the LAW and should receive the Harshest Penalties under the LAW. They should not be sent to a Club Fed., that is just like slapping them on the wrist, worse it's like saying that what they did is OK it's just to bad you got caught, here rest-up relax stay under the radar for awhile and then we'll let you go so that you can get back to business.

White collar criminals are much worse than your average murderer. Why? Your average murderer commits their crime in a fit of passion, and generally there is only a single victim. The White Collar Criminal commits their crime (s) with forethought, premeditation and their victims are 100's, 1,000's, 1,000,000's

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
