Once we, the 99%, realize that we have more things in common than we have separating us, we can make DECISIONS from a position of unified power rather than DEMANDS from a position of divided weakness. The key is to reach that critical mass of unity.
Once we do reach that critical mass of unity, LET'S TAKE THE FOLLOWING FORCEFUL NON-VIOLENT ACTION: http://occupywallst.org/forum/proposed-list-of-demands-please-help-editadd-so-th/
What do you think is next?
Is it time to rise on Capitol Hill? ? If not, what key indicators We should watch for to determine when?
we need to make it political. the tea party did and look what happened. all the people occupying wall street, portland, chicago, etc need to move to the national mall. the national mall has been historically occupied and gotten somewhere: http://weekendamerica.publicradio.org/display/web/2008/05/08/1968_resurrection
What would be your specific next 3 or 4 steps to achieve the goal you described above?
DC is definitely a great next stop for concentrated effort when time is right.
We're going to Occupy it on election day next year.
Cool! Sounds good to me.
Yes let's do it with our voices, our hearts our passion for human justice but lets remain peaceful!!! Never stop Occupy!
Right on!
Where do you think we go from here? How do we increase number of active supporters sucks that we have the numbers to March on Capitol Hill and occupy it with 300,000 to 500,000 people.
Let's unite and then let's march on Capitol Hill.
If we can take time now to find common ground, we can be in a position to make DECISIONS rather than DEMANDS.
If we can remain nonviolent, we can win this.
Once we're united, we cannot be defeated.
The people are rising
The key is to join your local General Assembly and get involved.
I like the idea of a Capitol hill Occupation but we need a million people to pull it off.
Yes. Let's get them and do this.
Easier said then done, but the day is coming @ the rate things are going downhill ( no pun intended) in this country.
I think we're on our way there.
Maybe. Time will tell.
I'm hopeful and confident.
Occupy it on Election Day? Why? So you can rejoice in the reelection of your god Obama?
Silly
