- We both agree the system is broke.

- We both Agree something needs to be fixed.
- We both want to be heard.
- We all want a right to work and prosper in our lives.
- We are sick of Big Government and Capitolism Cronyism.
- We are sick of the one Percent of Politicians and Mega Wealthy ruling this country.
- We are Americans.
- We are fed up.
- We can all see that a change is long over due.
So lets agree that we agree with a lot of the same topics and lets get down to what is really destroying this country. It is the Finacial Donations to Politicians for Political and Legislative favors that are making the wealthy more wealthy. Jobs kick backs for the Unions, but most of America is non-union. Bail out the people who supported our election but let others fail. The problems remains the same it was 100yrs ago, the Beauracracy aka, "The Iron Triangle". Lobbyist fund the research and write the bills for their own benefits and fund the people whom support it to get it past, this has been going on for over 100yrs. The laws need to be changed on Financing and lobbying to prevent President from bailing out the Unions and Banks that fund them and supported their elections, or election finance laws need to be reeled in to control political donations. What Says YOU?
This is a good post!
I could see it coming!
But I'm telling you looking at the posts below, when I see words like "Corporatism" I see those radical left wing progressive "buzz words", code words.
If you wan to get the majority of people in step with your movement you have to get rid of this left wing radical stuff and get focused.
Go to where the problem is. It's in Washington. It's in the White House, the House & the Senate.
Dutches, yes the fed needs to be audited and brought before the American people so we can see if it really exists and see who the fed truly is.
Bang bang, way off base, most of us tea party people are individual thinking independents and are fed up of all sides. Every group has it's hacks and by no means does that make up the majority.
The clear message this movement needs to get across is pushing for the reform Govt corruption with the wealthy elite. They are in control over the money. All you have to do is look at who is getting the funds and whom is getting the favors. Just look at rich pelosi and Obama, whom supported them and who did they bail out. Now they are pretending to support this movement and using the unions to give you a direction because if don't you will realize they and their kind are the problem.
But it starts with clearing up the biggest confusion...
Capitalism is when the markets respond to supply and demand and Capitalism REQUIRES sound money as THE accountability factor.
What we have today is Corporatism, the merger of Big Banks/Corp in bed with corrupt Govt backed by FIAT money ( money not backed by anything) that provdies for Corporate Welfare.
Do Americans know their income tax goes solely to pay interest to the Fed on money they never had in the first place and merely ordered to be printed of the press?
Economic illiteracy is rampant and the CORE issue why we are where we are today!
Tea party people are a bunch of Christian Right Wing nut jobs who have terrorist in them that want to kill gays and Muslims and anybody who is not a Christian. The Tea party is your enemy, they are using you to take over the government and after they do that they will put you in a prison camp. You can't trust those two face Christian Right Wing nuts.
Bangbang, your deeply reasoned critique of the Tea Party was so very convincing. Thanks for sharing your great wisdom.
Bangbang, you're as retarded as those who criticize OWS protestors for being hippie left wing nut jobs.
You hit it on the head - campaign finance reform has got to be the #1 goal of these protests. If real change can be instituted them other meaningful reforms will have a chance. Right now the system is letting powerful interest treat the American people like an ATM.
