Absolutely. OWS is a movement started by a small group of very brave individuals who's purpose was to bring forth the truth about how our country and the world is ruled by a very greedy small number of powerful people who control everything through their money and resource ownership. They have been called the 1% or the Elite. They have accumulated 99% of the world's wealth by using the worst methods of human manipulation. In the name of their ever increasing profits, the elite have allowed and perpetrated the use of torture, they have destroyed public education, they have taken over the worlds food supply and water, they have raped entire countries of resources, they've placed puppet dictators in poor countries to allow their corporations to take over the markets, and their land, they have created wars, famine, and they have been destroying the planet itself. These are only a few that I could think of on the spot, I wrote down over 100 grievances I have against the elite that own everything from banking to land I live on. at one point, then I realized there are too many to write!

Now, at this time, the movement has gone global in over 1500 cities world-wide. It is certainly gaining the support of 99% of the earth. It will continue to gain support, it is unstoppable. The OWS has the moral high ground all the way, and everyone knows it. It is non-violent, and good natured and serious about change.

The ultimate goal of OWS is to create positive change in any and all the broken areas of our gov here in the US, and in the world-wide corporate military economic systems that are enslaving the people of Earth.

This is only my personal view of OWS, I believe I got it right, someone else please pitch in.

There is a hidden agenda behind OWS whether it be to promote socialist or communist values. No one uses those words, but what OWS promotes seem to be very similar. They want to do away with corporations and private enterprise, spread the wealth and let the government decide what to do. They dont take personal responsibility for themselves and seem to be brainwashed.

no, thomas, you are a liar, I keep seeing you around spreading lies, well, if I'm around and I see you, i will tell the truth; this is what Thomas thinks of us 99% of the world: http://occupywallst.org/forum/this-is-what-i-think-who-you-protesters-are/

Vision statement, Mission Statement and Core Values: these are needed in order to move forward. If the Occupy movement really wants to accomplish evolutionary improvement, it must take the time and discipline to work on these core aspects. If the Occupy movement cannot do this, it will not go far. However, once Vision Statement, Mission Statement and Core Values are determined by the current Occupy system, they should be EVERYWHERE and reviewed daily by ALL GAs. All newcomers will know from the get-go what is expected. IF - and that's a big IF - the Occupy movement can get these three components established, it will take on more potency.

Is "brave" code for "stoned"? Serious question.
