The initial protest and central issue that OWS addresses is that corporate influence and money have coopted our government. We want corporate money out of our goverment. We want Citizens United over turned, and democracry returned to the people. That is, essentially, the main goal. We'd also like the fascists gambler held responsible for their thievery and ponzi schemes that wrecked the economy, but that kind of goes along with the first point. Anything else is a side issue. I believe this one issue is the one thing that all OWS protesters agree on: Get Corporate Money OUT of OUR Democracy.

It has no leader or central goal. It's like a liberal wonderland of angst, so you have green issues, drug issues, feminist issues, gay issues, progressive tax issues, socialist issues -- all sorts of isssues being brought up. Take Occupy Christmas for example: http://churchofatheism.webs.com

It's a global revolution for equality.

Very official. It was written by a guy with a computer. Not everyone has one of those, right?

They are a misguided group of communist ideologues. Their goal is a communist state. It's a futile and stupid movement and will never get anywhere.

Go to the NEWS tab and the official goals are clearly stated there. To save you a back click here it is:
"Occupy Wall Street is leaderless resistance movement with people of many colors, genders and political persuasions. The one thing we all have in common is that We Are The 99% that will no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1%. We are using the revolutionary Arab Spring tactic to achieve our ends and encourage the use of nonviolence to maximize the safety of all participants.

This #ows movement empowers real people to create real change from the bottom up. We want to see a general assembly in every backyard, on every street corner because we don't need Wall Street and we don't need politicians to build a better society.

the only solution is WorldRevolution"
