Enough already. Stand up to these punks and drive them back to their homes...or camp sites.
If this is to be a proper 'movement', it is imperative that it start non-violent. Use the media against the establishment. Non-violent protests where the establishment exercises all the violence will bring more people into the movement than killing, bombing, firebombing and recruitment on the internet has or ever will produce. In time, maybe with numbers, we can have teeth, but until then, we are our own worst enemy! Non-violent means has always been the hallmark of any impending Revolution. Violence makes people ignore the message and concentrate on the actions...
Non-violet revolution? I'm not concerned because this isn't a revolt, but historicity violence is part of the deal. However since this is a protest and not a revolution I think you're right unlit you antagonize people to the point that they show the bad side of being human.
Remember the actions of one reflects on all of you. Look for a clean start some other way or you will all be branded as people that want student loans forgiven and take dumps on cop cars.
Openly revolting now, before the movement has taken firm hold in society, that is the issue. There are 'ways' to ensure a revolt... starting violently is NOT one. You need to make sure the simmering anger becomes a full boil and then you add fuel to the fire. Trying to throw logs on a fresh started fire will nearly always put it out...
