OWS needs to at some point march on the Capitol Bldg. The point is made on WallStreet, and it ALSO needs to made to the equally corrupt politicians. There, real demands can be made.
Demand Tax Reform NOW to favor the masses, not the "special interests" aka the corporate elite. This includes putting an end to interest write-offs, and tax allowances for net operating losses from prior years. Basically return to PRE-1986 (bullshit) tax reform act (that favored corporations extravagantly). You know, pre-Reagan!
Demand the end of corporate personhood. Create laws to stop the corporate game of escaping taxes by renting offices in foreign lands.
Demand to end the cap on wages for Social Security so that individuals and corporations pays the same percentage. OR, demand that everyone who makes more than the cap ($106,800) at the time of retirement not be allowed to collect S.S.
There are at least a dozen other demands to be declared. It's now necessary to create havoc in D.C. Show the politicians we are on to them as well as WallStreet. This is our time, this is the point of no return. It's NOW OR NEVER!!!

they already have an OWS group in DC that you could attend.
I understand what you believe would be good demands. However, why not start with something everyone, the 99%, can agree on. End corporate contributions in campaigns, and restrict lobbyists access to congress. That way you sever the chords that bind Wall Street and Capitol Hill.
