As a rough estimate, 9/10ths of the occupiers are not camped out. We will soon need a world wide consensus on certain issues. We need some kind of ingenious way of giving everyone in the world one vote per person. Any ideas? And NO chips under the skin!
The question I would want answered is; who would be in charge of the servers and database?
We live in the United States.
Why would you care about voting in the rest of the world?
