Forum Post: We need the ability to generate a consensus on the internet, not just on the streets.

We need a way to propose ideas and vote online. Without a consensus on the internet, I fear we will not reach critical mass. We need a systemic and organized way to propose plans of action and vote on them quickly.

This is true but first we need a clear and coherent vision to get behind. Then we can form a consensus on how to shape that vision. Anything else would be complete chaos. Here's the best and only vision I've seen out there. If there is a better one, let's adopt it and move to the next stop.

It talks about this, by posting any link to any message w/out some kind of infrastrucure all messages/pages/rants/tv interviews are all equally likely to damage the true beliefs of "the whole" as they are to help it.

Yes but we need to get ourselves organized and coordinated before we can think about changing the status quo. We need one objective that all can rally around to show our power, one short term battle with a clear objective that we can win.
