People doing strike. This means their employers loose productivity on that day and that the workers don't receive the wage corresponding to the striking period. End of the day and the real truth: no one is happy.

The next day people get to work. Employers get back productivity and workers will receive the pay for the working period. People will only talk about the strike as something of the past, or in breaks, lunch or some cofee conversation. People move on that's the point.

If you want the 1% to listen to you - assuming you respect standarts of non-violence - is that you will have to do more than mere quibbling or small strikes to get their attention.
