I agree with this in principle. In reality, the people who wander this forum are probably not the worst offenders.
If there were a microphone that would broadcast into the ears of every voting-age American, I would support your post as the first message to be read, maybe along with a URL to a website teaching people how to be adults.
In lieu of that magical microphone, what is to be done?
