It's the system that needs to change. How can you blame the banks for being greedy? That's like blaming the pedophile for molesting children or the drum circle drummer for being selfish or immature.

We need to get the money out of politics.

Why do we currently have only one US Rep. per 720,000 people? No wonder our Reps. don't listed to us. It's not in the Constitution. Congress locked this in in 1911. This number should be reduced; this will increase democracy and decrease corruption. Plus the politicians will HATE it.

The protests and "occupation" should have always been in D.C..

But that would embarrass Obama. The organizers of this movement have no intention of embarrassing Obama or blaming the government for anything.

It is easier to create an external villian like Wall Street and banks. That way it will help get Obama reelected.

Not spread out in small groups around the country where nothing will ever be accomplished.

Things are being accomplished, actually. I'm part of a general assembly in upstate NY that's criminalizing hydrolic fracturing (fracking).

You actually passed a law through both houses of the legislature and the governor has signed that law?

Haha, so cynical. There are local, community ordinances being passed. Only 5 have been challenged out of over 100. Of those 5, 3 were upheld. Here's how: http://www.celdf.org/
