Your money pays the 1% - this fact no one can argue.
The money you spend goes to the pockets of the rich.
Want to make a difference exercise choice with 99% unity. Identify and boycott a corporation rather than wasting your day in a park yelling "equality" or "inequality" or whatever you people are yelling.
Want to make a difference and frighten the "beegeebees" out of the 1% - identify a company and stop buying their products. Show your strength and unity. Start with something simple like "wholefoods" which is a scam (my opinion).
No one shop at wholefoods for the next 10 days and let the panic begin. Support your local "mom and pop" stores.
people really do need to start shopping at the "mom and pop" stores, look more inwards then the big bright florescent lit rooms full of cheaply made items. this did work for netflix last month with everyone dropping there accounts because of the price spikes and look at this month, they didn't change the prices.
however there is a downside to this, companies could make bad decisions and layoff more people. so really that's a catch 22
"catch 22" Did I say it would be without casualties on either side? No. But the rich have more to lose.
A very interesting idea. I think this would be great to do when winter comes and we have a difficult time protesting on the streets. If we can target a big chain store that could be an effective protest if we get enough people to do it.
Please watch this video, I think it is important for eveyone to see and understand so we can help with this cause: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3Qz1C-dAGc
