Forum Post: Walk on Washington/Major event on Thanksgiving

Hello all,

   This is my first post and i mean no offense to anyone.  I"m very glad that something is happening however my concern is what will happen when the winter sets in.  I definitely hope this DOES NOT fade!  

I think a good idea before the harsh winter sets in would be to organize some large event on Thanksgiving weekend when i believe a lot of people have the day of and day after off. This would enable even those who do have jobs to participate and those like myself who live far away to make travel plans to attend

I also want to bring up this idea. Marching on Wall St is good but how come there is no large march on Washington?! I read that the demands are things such as getting rid of companies meddling in politics, wouldn't the largest effect be to march on Capitol Hill?

i apologize if this has already been posted and commented on, i've read so many posts so far and just have seen nothing like this.
