Wait. Do politicians really believe that by talking about the presidential elections people will ignore what is happening in the world????
Greece is in the trouble it is in because its government gave the people what you OWSer are asking for. lol,. We are heading in the same direction because we to are trying to do what Greece did. I think you really need to take a long hard look to what is really going on.
The snowball is already in motion. This is going to happen regardless of what OWS is demanding or not. From what I can tell - the agenda / demands of OWS are a mixed bag - they want to restore Glass-Steagall, end the Fed, but then also there are demands in there for raising the taxes on the so-called 'rich' and so on.

I would suggest you do a little bit deeper digging into how Greece got in the situation it is right now. It wasnt because of attempts at socialism... it was absolute corruption. similar to what is happening with our government right now.

We have been conditioned to think that Europeans are socialists, and socialism is the devils playground. lol. for the lack of better words. But, the way the Greece government was paying its 'leading' employees is how it failed, and now needs to borrow money to pay its citizens.
Dont be afraid look up the facts on your own. Our politicians wont give it to us.
What do you think is happening here. The more you ask of government the more corruption you have. Just wait till the dollar collapses. You think we have it bad now. Wait till the running water is shut off and the power is shut off. Then you will have something to protest for.
So you propose to stop asking our government to end corruption? That seems counter your objective of keeping the power on and the water running. We dont have to wait till the running water is shut off, it already has for millions of people. We dont have to wait for the power to shut off, it already has for millions of people. Millions have lost their homes to corrupt banking w/ government practices.
The question is. How long will it be until you lose your water, electricity or home. It will happen my friend. Eventually you will have a harder and harder time making the ends meet because prices are about to start increasing, and benefits and tax breaks will go down. You will have less money, the wealthy will have more money. Thats the business cycle we are in. Its simply based on economics...not emotion.
Yeah and so do all the mainstream media! It is sickening!! I wish someone would jump in and tell the candidates and the mainstream and shut them up! Let them know that lindsay lohan in a new outfit is NOT news!! And let these fake lying out of their asses candidates know the people won't deal with bullshit anymore.

Their facade is beginning to crumble though. You can only hide the masses for so long. We will get around their attempts at silencing those who want justice and authenticity.
Hopefully shut them down for good!
People will just keep going to alternative news sources, and their market share will continue to go down.
