Vote with your pocketbooks - if you buy fast foods you are supporting conglomerates, monopolies, and poor working conditions and killing small businesses and entrepreneurial spirit
When you spend 100 dollars at a national chain store $43 stays in the local economy. When you spend that same 100 dollars at an independent locally owned store $68 stays in the community. This is done through taxes, payroll and other business expenses. In case you are curious less than 1% of online sales ever makes it to the community in which the buyer resides.
Every dollar you spend says what is important to you. Let governments and companies know what you believe in. Vote with your money. Vote for what you believe in. Help spread the word.

Great idea. Just don't buy anything...
Yes, good stuff. but, instead of suggesting destabilising the entire country, maybe create a website for corporate accountability that people can go to and find the biz practices they do not agree with like wages, environmental practices, ect...
Where can I buy cheap clothes that are American made? I can't afford anything else right now as I've lost my job.
Boycott corporations. Buy local. Buy American.
Protests are good wake up call awareness but please vote with your money
