Forum Post: Vision and goals

I am an older retired grandmother and age and experience often gives me insights that others miss. If this movement is to grow any "legs" then like it or not, it must have a vision and it has to have stated goals. I hate when the media jokingly asks" well, 'what do these 99% want?" Well here's a thought.... how about demanding accountability? We have been lied to and condescended to for a very long time. Corrupt individuals in both Government and big business have been brokering sweetheart deals behind our backs for decades. These unscrupulous snakes have systematically undermined our political system and disempowered the American People. They have hijaked our Democracy! They are the true terrorists! Find them! Demand a investigations. Organize boycotts of the organizations that hide them. Follow the money trails....find out who signed off on what? As idealistic and naive as this may sound, these individuals need to be exposed and brought to justice, because until that happens nothing is ever going to change. Need a vision? Our children and grandchildren deserve a better system than the sullied, broken one we have now.
