I am a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom who wants to end the unauthorized and unconstitutional usage of U.S. Armed Forces, War-Profiting Paramilitary Forces, and Military Detainment Facilities around the world. My family has served this country in every major conflict and war dating back to The Revolution. As such, my three brothers and I have continued to honor our family through military service (four in total). In my description of veterans, I wish to account for all military and protective services personnel (e.g. Firemen, Police Officers, DHS, DIA, etc). It is my opinion that veterans have often been the most overlooked and underutilized citizens in our society when dealing with matters directly relating to the issues stated. Yet, veterans should be the first ones to speak, because they truly know and can personally account for the tragedies directly caused by the U.S. military-industrial complex in both domestic and international settings. The U.S. Department of Defense has admitted to having over 500,000 soldiers in nearly 150 countries beyond the borders of the 50 states. This cannot and must not be a sustainable solution for defending our country. Our Constitution prohibits such usage of the military, for which ALL troops deployed in foreign lands should be recalled immediately. Conjointly, the government has allowed war-profiting paramilitary organizations to undermine the sanctity of the U.S. military forces and protection services, along with the sovereignty of ours and foreign nations, by granting them uncontested legal authority to carry out operations at home and abroad to the tune of $billions of taxpayers money. In doing so, many foreign citizens have fell victim or lost their lives to blatant hostile actions by these groups, which have indirectly caused Americans to be mired the world over. Finally, the Constitution has been severely blemished by the usage of secret military detainment facilities like Guantanamo Bay - a global symbol for inhumane treatment and a cornerstone for extremist recruitment. These actions combined have unnecessarily caused grave danger to fall upon American citizens, soldiers, and protective servicemen and women. More agonizing and horrifying is the amount of pain and suffering these actions have brought upon foreign citizens of the world.

THE CONQUESTS OF THE 1% MUST END NOW.
