Per your own reference, "Passive–aggressive behavior, a personality trait, is passive, sometimes obstructionist resistance to following through with expectations in interpersonal or occupational situations." Given this, I suppose you can declare anyone who fails to meet your "expectations" has a mental disorder. How smug and self-justifying !
