There is a part of the Washington site called "we the people." It is a petition site the Obama administration made to accept the voice of the people. It is likely going to be ignored by the powers that be, however, I believe it is appropriate to give them a chance to answer to us in the way they offered to us.

That is a link to a petition I made after looking at the "demands" I have seen on this forum. I hope it is to everybody's liking. If it is not, or if you want to make a better version, you can on the site. (800 character limit sadly)

Just try not to cannibalize on each others ideas. The more unified we are, the better our voices will be heard. I am just of the belief that we should use the means offered to us, then when they fail, we will have even more of a voice.
Oh, right, here are the contents so you don't have to click and waste time.
Remove the money from politics.
To be blunt, the American people are sick of watching our representatives being bought by lobbyists or businesses.
We need change in Washington. Start with the change your administration promised. Get the lobbyists out of Washington. Make it illegal to buy votes. Form regulatory committee that will watch where every penny a politician receives comes from. Make it public. We want to see who is trying to buy our rights.
Next, remove the money from elections. It is sickening how much you people spend on elections, how much you receive from "anonymous" sources. We know you know who donated, and we know you owe them.
Last, repeal corporate personhood.
If you want us to "rock the vote" or "get out and vote" give us the assurance that the people we vote won't be pawns for special interests
