Every rich person - with wealth over $5 million dollaras shoule pay for robbing the people below them and creating this mess.

In the US an immiate repayment of taxes not paid since the Bush tax reduction from 2011 would be helpful

In other countries a 5 % fix the problem tax should be immediately estabilished. For people with less the 5 million wealth and above 1 million, a 3%% fix the propblem tax, and for under 1 million but above 250,000 a 1 % fix the problem tax, under $250,000 a 0.5 % tax. over 25 million a 6 % fix the problem tax, over 125 million, a 7 pesent fix the problem tax, over 600 million, a 8 % fix the problem tax, over 3 billion a 9% fix the problem tax, and over 15 billion a 10% fix the problem tax.
