AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE 2011 By An Anonymous Citizen Concerned For the Future of America

We the people of the United States affirm that in a modern society we are endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life (synonymous with health care, liberty (synonymous with freedom from random search, seizure and profiling) and pursuit of happiness (synonymous with the right to a job). These principles, health care, freedom and the right to work, were affirmed by the 32nd President of the United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and partially instituted in 1935 with the passage of the Social Security Act enabling our elderly to live in dignity and security. Since his death on April 12, 1945, under the monetary influence of corporations whose charters dictate profit above individual rights, the government of these United States has operated in total disregard of these unalienable rights. It is the duty, responsibility and mandate of the US Government including but not restricted to it’s politicians, judges, administrators and law enforcement to rectify this grievous wrong thru it's constitutional legislative, executive and judicial powers and provide each and every individual in these United States health care, freedom from random search, seizure and profiling and last but not least, a job whether thru the private sector or in government service itself.

SIGNING DATE: JULY 4, 2012 IN NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE and other cities

Starting at sunrise at the reflection pool in Legislative Plaza south of the Tennessee Capitol. Note: Nashville is a 12 hours drive for 80% of the population of the United States.

"the right to a job"

Sorry no, I can't agree.

If you have a right to a job and aren't provided one...are your Human Rights being violated then?

Is someone now criminally liable because you were not given a job?

"pursuit of happiness (synonymous with the right to a job)"

How does the pursuit of happiness get morphed into the "right" to a job?

For the sack of argument, if you did in fact have this "right" to a job, would it also entail the responsibility that YOU create a job for yourself, or is that responsibility always someone else's burden?

Further, how do you reconcile everyone else's right to LIBERTY, by placing upon them the unconditional burden of providing you a job?

  1. End the Federal Reserve Board.

  2. Hold a recall election with campaign finance reform.

  3. Enforce a limit to lobbying campaigns

  4. Develop a sustainable economy.

Human beings are not inherently greedy.

Human beings are a product of their environment.

Human beings reflect their environment.

The human race is suffering from a value system disorder.

We, as a society cannot seem to denote wrong from right.

This must change.

The world must evolve.

The government must evolve.

The economic system must evolve.

Peace, Love, and Unity.
