Forum Post: transaction declined on donations

I have a visa card (i know, visa is one of these swindling corporations) and I tried to donate some money to #OWS through their site. My transactions keep declining but there should be no reason for this. Ideas? Has visa or 'someone' made it unable to donate? Any input, thanks.
